Meetings of the Board of Directors are held monthly on the 1st Monday starting at 6pm.

PLEASE NOTE THE SEPTEMBER MEETING WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY ON September 13th due to Labor Day on the first Monday

Following the recommendations and practice of our management company, the board voted to continue virtual Board of Director’s meetings commencing promptly at 6.00pm.
Owners are 1st on the agenda so you can voice any comments at the start, or wait until the conclusion; normally by 8pm

The ANNUAL MEETING will be held virtually on Monday October 4, 2021 at 6pm
The purpose of the Annual Meeting will be to elect three (3) members to the Board of Directors of the Association for 3-year terms. The positions are currently held by Richard Bedell, Jason Lutrell, and Michael Saft.
